Raina's Non-Linear Career Path
Raina Gandhi is the Founder and CEO of Rising Tide Consulting, a company formed to activate professional women to overcome limiting beliefs and thrive in rooms in which decisions are being made. With over two decades of experience in the investment banking, consulting, nonprofit, and higher education industries, she traded in a promising career in finance to take an 11-year hiatus to raise her daughters, and relaunched her career into leadership roles.
Through one-on-one and group coaching, workshops, and trainings, she empowers women to stay in the workforce, take on leadership roles, and increase their voice when making business decisions. She is committed to meeting her clients where they are along their unique and personal career journeys and provides authentic guidance around gaining career clarity, navigating successful job searches, managing transitions, leading teams, overcoming imposter syndrome and negative self-talk, and returning to work after a career break. She strongly believes leadership teams benefit immensely not only when women have multiple seats at the table, but also when they bring their true authentic selves and perspectives to the conversations.
She is also a regular podcast guest including The Chris Voss Show (top 1%) and has articles published in The Medium, Thrive Global, and CanvasRebel.
Raina leverages her MBA from The Wharton School and coaching experience as well as her certifications in change management (CCMP), DEI, women-centered coaching, CliftonStrengths assessments, and executive and organizational development coaching to help leaders at all levels face diverse and common challenges with the goal of overcoming barriers and manifesting fulfilling careers.

But they're still getting interrupted, not given credit for their work, getting passed up for promotions, and taking on additional responsibility knowing it's unrecognized labor. Our group coaching model is a collaborative process in which we leverage our collective wisdom, shared experiences, and peer accountability to drive transformation. This platform caters to a wide range of objectives and outcomes and provides participants with the opportunity to learn from each other and build a supportive community.
